terms of service

invoiceme is a tool for creating and exporting invoices. it helps you format a document — it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. you are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on an invoice and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.

an account is optional and used to save your invoices and unlock pro features. you're responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with. sign-in is via single-use magic links.

the creator is free to use, and free invoices include a small “made with invoiceme” footer. pro is a paid subscription ($20/month or $192/year) that adds white-label branding, removes the watermark, and saves your invoice history. you can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

payments are processed by stripe. subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. prices are in usd and may change with notice; changes never affect a period you've already paid for.

don't use invoiceme to create fraudulent or deceptive documents, to impersonate others, or to break the law. we may suspend accounts that do.

the invoices and details you create are yours. we store saved invoices only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.

invoiceme is provided “as is”, without warranties. to the extent permitted by law, ogbuilds ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts beyond what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
